Lesley Ann Brandt and Maria Bartiromo

Lesley Ann Brandt (born December 2nd in 1981) is an South African actress, model and TV host. Brandt began her career in New Zealand with the sitcom Diplomatic immunity. Her American debut was with her role as Naevia on the historical drama Spartacus: Blood and Sand. The actress's television credits include Spartacus: Gods of the Arena CSI: NY Single Ladies The Librarians, and many others. Brandt plays Mazikeen, a character in Tom Ellis Lauren German Kevin Alejandro's urban fantasy Lucifer. Brandt has a family within Cape Town South Africa. As she was in her teens, she moved from Cape Town to Auckland New Zealand along with her mother and siblings. Brandt started her modelling career in ads and printed commercials. Before her rise to fame as a model she worked in retail sales and also served as an expert in recruitment for information technology. She landed her first featured role in 2009 in the New Zealand sitcom Diplomatic Immunity where she took on the role of Leilani Fa'auigaese. In 2021 she appeared in Spartacus Blood and Sand as an unnamed young slave girl Naevia. The role of Naevia is also played by her in the Spartacus mini-series Spartacus Gods of the Arena. Craig Parker and she co-starred on three separate television series, Diplomatic Immunity (2009), Spartacus (2010), and Legend of the Seeker (2008). In 2016, Mazikeen was cast as the bounty hunter for Netflix's cult series Lucifer. Her role in Lucifer was the most prestigious to date. She co-stars on the show with Tom Ellis Lauren German Kevin Alejandro and D. B. Woodside.
